Felipe Parra Salazar currently serves as Head of Legal at Diageo, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Felipe was the Legal Director at Astellas Farma Colombia from August 2021 to April 2023 and held various positions at Yara International from October 2015 to August 2021, including Regional Compliance Manager for Latin America and North America, and Senior Legal Manager for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Manager at Sociedad Portuaria Puerto Bahía, Associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz, Partner/Manager at LA CONSERVERIA, and legal advisor at the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Pfizer. Felipe Parra Salazar holds an Especialista en Derecho Comercial from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a law degree from Universidad de La Sabana.
