Demarcus Odom is a seasoned System Administrator with extensive experience in network support and administration. Currently employed at DIAB Inc since August 2006, Demarcus provides LAN/WAN support for over 700 users across multiple locations and has configured wireless networks using Dlink and Cisco routers. Prior to this role, Demarcus worked at IBM from November 2004 to 2006, offering Tier 2 support for technical issues and managing the Lotus Notes server. Demarcus began a career in technology as a NOC Analyst at USA Mobility from March 1998 to October 2004, where responsibilities included setting up Cisco routers and implementing custom email alerts for network changes. Demarcus holds a degree from Sam Houston State University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
