Muzna AL-Mahrizi is an experienced professional in the insurance and finance sector, currently serving as Team Leader for Retail Business Support at Dhofar Insurance Company S.A.O.G. since April 2023, after holding the position of Branch Team Leader. Prior to this role, Muzna was a Business Development Manager at Orient Insurance from December 2019 to April 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Caledonian College of Engineering, as well as certifications in Advanced Insurance Sales and Customer Service from the Foundation for Insurance and Finance Education (FIFE) and Marketing Management from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).
