Virginia Jones is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the People & Culture Manager and previously as the Human Resources Coordinator at Castlemaine Health since November 2020, Virginia is fulfilling a maternity leave position. Prior to this role, Virginia held various HR leadership positions at Hazeldenes from April 2006 to September 2020, including HR Contracts Manager, Human Resource Development Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Virginia holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Monash University.
