Caitlin Butler is a seasoned housing analyst currently employed at the Dallas Housing Authority since April 2018. Previously, Caitlin served as a Policy and Capacity Associate at Minnesota Housing Partnership and held the position of Sales Support Analyst at Black Knight Financial Services, LLC, where responsibilities included generating sales trends reports and market analysis updates. Early experience includes an internship in housing analysis at Uptown Partners of Pittsburgh and evaluating mortgage loan compliance at PNC Mortgage. Caitlin also gained research experience at The Brookings Institution. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies from New York University.
