Lance Nolz, EIT, is a Civil Engineer at DGR Engineering since March 2016, with a background in mining engineering through a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota Mines, obtained in 2014. Nolz has served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army National Guard since March 2008 and has previous experience as a Field Engineer at Consolidated Oil Well Services from May 2014 to December 2015, as well as a Mining Engineering Intern at Cloud Peak Energy in the summer of 2012, specializing in surveying and utilizing AutoCAD for road and reclamation designs.
