Elizabeth Knowlton is a highly experienced Material Scientist with a diverse background in engineering and research. Currently employed at D&G Support Services since January 2022, Elizabeth has previously held significant positions including Engineer III at Allegient Defense, where broad technical assessments for the AEM program were provided, and Research Engineer III at Bennett Aerospace, which involved SETA support for Department of Defense initiatives. Elizabeth's academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, a Master’s in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor's in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Elizabeth has contributed to research advancements in innovative fire-retardant coatings at American University, served as an In-Water Acoustic Analyst at Leidos, and played a key role in sensor development at ZESTRON.
