Stefanel Radu, PhD is a Partner and Head of Research at BH-DG Systematic Trading LLP and DG Partners LLP. Prior to this, Radu held positions such as Head of Research at FTC Capital GmbH, Senior Quantitative Analyst at Kaiser Trading Group, and Senior Proprietary Trading Analyst at Goldman Sachs. With a background in Physics, Radu also worked as a Project Manager at Anglo American and as a Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand. Radu's expertise lies in Systematic Trading, Risk Management, and Quantitative Research.
