Shoba Krishnamurthy has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Shoba started their career in 1997 as a Customer Service Manager at Modi Page Communications. After that, they worked as a Systems trainee at Roots Group in 1999.

In 1999, they joined ICICI Bank and held various roles including Information Technology Officer, Manager NRI Cell, and Branch Head. During their tenure at ICICI Bank, they implemented SIEBEL and Finnacle systems, improved NRI sales and service TATs, and contributed to the ICICI Bank - BOM Back Merger.
