Matt Burton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Matt started their career at B&Q as an L&D Advisor in the supply chain. Matt then moved on to Office Depot as an L&D Manager in the supply chain. In 2007, they joined Boots, where they held various positions, including L&D Manager, Employee Engagement Manager, Organizational Development Manager, Acting Head of Internal Communication, and Senior Manager of Digital Capability & Support Office Development. During their time at Boots, they led HR technology initiatives, implemented leadership development strategies, and oversaw learning and development activities. In 2014, Matt joined Barratt Developments plc as a Leadership, Development, and Change Manager. Matt later became the Leadership and Change Manager.
