Godwin Kay Katende has an extensive work experience in the banking industry. Godwin Kay started their career at Stanbic Bank in 2003, where they held the position of Regional Operations Manager until 2012. Godwin Kay then joined Centenary Bank, initially as a Regional Manager before being promoted to Chief Manager Branch Operations and later to Chief Manager Retail. In 2019, they moved to dfcu Bank as the Head of Branch Distribution, where they are responsible for developing and executing the Consumer Banking strategy. Throughout their career, Godwin has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, operations management, and delivering improved customer experience and sales.
