Faridah Nalubega is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in card management and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager for Cards and Money Transfers at dfcu Bank since January 2019, Faridah previously worked at Stanbic Bank Uganda from October 2011 to December 2018, where roles included Consultant for Card Issuing, managing the Credit and Debit card portfolio, and Customer Care Consultant, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Faridah holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Makerere University, completed in 2005.
