Daniel Bwente is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and data services. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Infrastructure & Data Services at dfcu Bank since January 2023, Daniel previously held the position of IT Infrastructure Project Manager at the World Bank Group from March 2016 to December 2022. Daniel spent nearly five years as a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco Systems and began the career at Uganda Telecom as an Infrastructure / Disaster Recovery Administrator. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Systems Engineer at Serval Ltd. Daniel holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Leadership from Edinburgh Business School and advanced degrees in Data Networks and Security and Information Technology from Birmingham City University and Makerere University, respectively. Professional training includes completing the Cisco Associate Network Consulting Engineer Program.
