Sameera Mapa is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and support roles. Currently serving as a System Engineer at DFCC Bank PLC since October 2022, Sameera previously held the position of Help Desk Engineer at SYNAPSYS LTD from September 2019 to December 2022, and worked as a Customer Support Executive at ewis from September 2013 to August 2019. Sameera holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing and Information Technology from Wrexham University, completed in 2023, and an HNDIT in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education, attained in 2011.
