Paduma Subasinghe is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at DFCC Bank PLC since March 2024, Paduma previously held key positions including Human Resources Director at HEINEKEN Lanka Limited and Director of Human Resources for Global Operations at Global Rubber Industry (Pvt) Ltd. Paduma's earlier experience includes Senior Vice President of Group Human Resources at Browns & Company PLC and Deputy General Manager for Employee Engagement and Talent Development at Bharti Airtel Lanka.
