Manula Ekanayake currently serves as the AVP/Head of Payments and Cash Management at DFCC Bank PLC, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Manula Ekanayake was employed at Union Bank of Colombo for over eight years, taking on roles including Senior Manager - Implementations & Client Integration and Manager - Implementations - Client Integrations, focusing on cash management system projects. Previous experience includes managing projects at TETRAN Pty Limited, serving as Implementation Manager and Cash Management Specialist at Standard Chartered Bank, and working as a Technical Support Specialist at WNS. Manula Ekanayake holds a Master's degree from the University of Suffolk and an Associate's Degree in Software Development from NIIT University, alongside additional training in Python from the University of Moratuwa and foundational education from Dharmaraja College - Kandy.
