Amila Suraweera has over 13 years of experience at DFCC Bank PLC, currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Marketing, Corporate Communications & Sustainability since January 2010. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and managing corporate communications to enhance stakeholder relations. Previously, Amila held the position of Senior Marketing Associate and Marketing Executive, contributing to the development of marketing plans and campaigns. Amila began the career at DFCC Bank in 2006 as an HR Assistant, managing HR systems and processes. Amila holds a Master of Science in Digital Marketing from Asia e University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
