Natalie Feldhake, M.S., currently serves as the HR Talent Manager at DFC Company and the Employee Engagement and Development Manager at Big River Group, LLC. With experience as a Research Associate, Natalie has contributed to organizational vision promotion, leadership training, and employee engagement initiatives. Previous roles include Talent Advisor at Sanford Health and Graduate Research Assistant at St. Cloud State University, enhancing skills in talent acquisition, project management, and analytics. Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Ridgewater College.
