Marc-Nicolai Pfeifer currently serves as Vorstandsvorsitzender at Rot-Weiss Essen e.V. since July 2024, and holds roles within the DFB's Fachgruppe 3. Liga and Ausschusses 3. Liga since July 2021. Pfeifer previously held the position of Managing Director at TSV 1860 München from July 2020 to July 2024 and at SV Stuttgarter Kickers E. V. from June 2016 to July 2020, overseeing organizational development, contract management, and HR responsibilities. Prior experience includes significant roles in sales and marketing at hummel, Nike Deutschland GmbH, and FC Bayern München, complemented by a solid educational background with an Executive MBA in Leadership & Communication from The Entrepreneurial University Munich and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management.
