Johannes Hofmann is an experienced professional in the sports management field, currently serving as Manager Leistungszentren at DFB since June 2021. Prior to this role, Johannes completed a seven-month internship in the Compensation & Benefits department at Schaeffler AG, where involvement in administrative tasks and project management fostered a solution-oriented working routine. Johannes has a strong background in youth coaching, having worked as a Youth Coach at SpVgg Greuther Fürth from February 2016 to July 2019, where talent scouting and coaching U10/U11 teams led to significant achievements, including winning the national Blausteiner Hallencup in 2017. Earlier experience includes an internship at SpVgg Greuther Fürth, supporting the youth academy director and conducting various analyses. Johannes holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Sport, Business & Law from the University of Bayreuth.
