Debbie Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Debbie is currently working at DeZURIK as a Pulp and Paper Key Account Manager since June 2022. Previously, they served as the Gulf Coast Regional Sales Manager at DeZURIK from October 2019 to January 2023.

Before joining DeZURIK, Debbie held the position of Vice President Sales at New Gen Products - A Fluid Flow Company from December 2012 to October 2019. In this role, they led the valve and automation company's expansion into the greater Houston market and served as the exclusive DeZURIK representative for Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and southern Arkansas. Their responsibilities included solution selling, engineering assistance, valve sizing, and targeting various markets such as downstream, upstream, and pipeline.

Prior to their tenure at New Gen Products, Debbie worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Circor Energy Products from October 2011 to December 2012. Their main tasks included developing brand awareness among Houston's oil and gas firms, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners. Debbie also organized product seminars and built influential relationships to generate profitable business opportunities.

Debbie's earlier work experience includes roles such as an Account Executive at Rainey Engineering, Inc. (February 2010 to November 2011), an Account Executive at Dresser Industries (October 2007 to January 2010), a Technical Sales Representative at Crane Valve (2007), and a Lead Customer Service representative at SPX (July 2003 to October 2004).

Debbie began their career at DeZURIK as a Sr. Sales Office Correspondent, where they served from 1993 to 1998.

Throughout their career, Debbie has showcased their expertise in sales, account management, brand development, and relationship building in the valve and automation industry.

Debbie Gray obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Sam Houston State University. Debbie attended the university from 1990 to 1993.
