Sulaiman Syedmohammed has over 35 years of extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Deyaar Development PJSC since 2007. In this role, Sulaiman oversees project completion within budget and timelines while ensuring compliance with organizational protocols. Prior to this, Sulaiman worked as a Project Engineer at Engineers Office from 1997 to 2007, focusing on the implementation of luxurious developments and managing project budgets. Earlier experience includes positions as a Site Engineer at Khansaheb and Bhageerata Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing construction activities, liaising with architects and consultants, and overseeing large construction projects, such as railway tracks and dry docks in India.
