Mohamad Abou Laban is an experienced professional in facilities management and project leadership, currently serving as the Managing Director at OCS since January 2024, focusing on the UAE market. Prior to this role, Mohamad held the position of Project Director for the Expo Doha 2023 at Mosanada FMS from July to October 2023. Mohamad has an extensive background, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Deyaar Facilities Management from November 2018 to March 2023, and as Vice President at DAMAC Properties from November 2017 to June 2018. Other notable positions include General Manager roles at b.fm and Cushman & Wakefield, as well as a senior managerial position at Etisalat Facilities Management. Mohamad's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beirut Arab University, complemented by various certifications in facilities management and community leadership.
