Leo Palacios Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leo started their career in 2002 as a Software Developer at Kernel Technologies Group, followed by a role as a Systems Analyst and Developer at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY. In 2003, they worked as a Hardware and Software Developer at Optimo Grupo Consultor, where they were responsible for designing and developing telematics software and communication hardware. Leo then joined Grupo ITConsultor, S.C. as a Network Consultant, where they designed a secure IP network and researched open software solutions for packet routing and firewalls. Since 2003, Leo has been associated with Dextra Technologies, where they held various roles including Apps Software Engineer/Tech Lead, Mobile & Embedded Tech Lead, Technical Project Manager, and Mobile & Embedded Engineering Manager. Since 2016, they served as the Director of Engineering and Service Delivery at Dextra Technologies, overseeing the company's delivery units and focusing on improving productivity, client service, and talent development.
