Karen Craig, PHR has served as the Human Resources Director at Dextera Corporation since 2011, where they provide strategic and operational leadership in all HR areas for a woman-owned Small Disadvantage business with 140 employees. Previously, they were the Director of Human Resources at Universal Systems & Technology, Inc. (UNITECH), acquired by Lockheed Martin, from 2002 to 2010, overseeing HR for a government contractor with 470 employees across eight locations.

Karen Craig, PHR earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013.
