Garrett Brucker has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Garrett is currently working as the VP of Customer Success at Dextara Digital, where they oversee the US operations of the Salesforce consulting team. Previously, they were a self-employed independent consultant, specializing in operations and technology consulting. Garrett has also worked as a consulting manager at Zennify, a college adjunct professor, and the CIO of Think Whole Person Healthcare. Prior to that, they were the president of Solve IT, a company providing outsourced technology services, and held director positions at Commerce One Inc. and SpeechWorks International Inc. Garrett started their career at Ernst & Young LLP in the management consulting practice. Throughout their career, Garrett has demonstrated skills in process improvement, technology planning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Garrett Brucker has a diverse education history. Garrett obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, where they attended from 1983 to 1987. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, attending from 1991 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Garrett Brucker has also acquired several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certifications from Salesforce. In the same year, they also attained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services. The following year, in 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce as well.
