Patrick R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patrick began their career in 2003 as an Assistant Store Manager at Five Below, Inc., where they quickly advanced to the role of Store Manager. In this position, Patrick was responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of up to 25 employees and managers. Patrick also played a key role in opening new stores, developing management teams, and implementing new procedures and systems.

In 2007, Patrick joined Citizens Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they worked until 2011. During their time at Citizens Bank, they gained valuable experience in banking operations and customer service.

Since 2011, Patrick has been employed at DEXSTA Federal Credit Union, initially serving as an Operations Manager before being promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations in 2015. As Vice President, they have overseen and managed all operational aspects of the credit union.

Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to successfully implement and adapt to new processes and systems.

Patrick R. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Delaware between 1997 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance at Goldey-Beacom College from 2009 to 2011.
