Sergii Pinalov is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, project management, and business development across various industries, including finance, technology, and construction. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Operations at Trinetix and Vice President of Operations at dexola, Sergii has held significant roles in both organizations since January 2020. Previous experience includes program and project management positions at Luxoft, where Sergii oversaw successful engagements in Electronic Trading and Risk domains for top-tier investment banks. Additionally, Sergii has contributed to numerous projects in UX/UI for a leading accounting firm and has held leadership positions in startups and established companies alike. Sergii holds a PhD in Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communication from The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a Master's degree in Management and Foreign Languages from Kyiv State Linguistic University.
