Kushtrim Dragusha is an accomplished Automation Development Manager at Dexis Consulting Group since August 2019, focusing on assessing automation opportunities and providing technical solutions for the Enforcement Agents' system. In parallel, Kushtrim has been managing research and development in software, IT systems, and robotics at Priaminstitute since August 2015. Previous leadership roles include Head of IT Department at BPB and IT Coordinator at Banka Ekonomike SH.A., where Kushtrim successfully developed strategic IT visions and plans. Experience as a Database Manager at USAID CLE involved designing specialized applications for law enforcement, while teaching roles at the University for Business and Technology included lecturing on basic information technology and supporting course development in algorithms and computer graphics.
