Rachel Mullen is an experienced legal operations professional currently serving as Director of Legal Operations at Dexcom since September 2022. Rachel's earlier tenure at Thermo Fisher Scientific included roles as Manager of Legal Operations and License Compliance Specialist, focusing on contract management and compliance across a substantial portfolio of agreements. At the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, Rachel progressed from Marketing Associate to Licensing Associate, overseeing biotechnology inventions and managing licensing negotiations.
