Kasey Belyea, C.C.P., currently serves as Vice President of Global Total Rewards & HR Operations at Dexcom since July 2017, having previously held roles such as Senior Director and Director of Total Rewards within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Total Rewards at Qualcomm from April 2015 to July 2017 and holding multiple positions, including Director of Total Rewards, at Encore Capital Group between May 2007 and April 2015. Early career experience encompasses roles at Sony Electronics, Memec, and Cisco Systems, where Kasey progressed from a College Intern to a Human Resources Generalist and Compensation Consultant. Kasey earned a B.S. in Business-Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2001.
