Jian Han Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Knowles Corporation since March 2022, Jian previously held various senior managerial roles at Abbott, overseeing facilities and sterilization operations from January 2017 to September 2022. Prior to Abbott, Jian managed facilities at St. Jude Medical and Alpha Biologics Sdn Bhd, contributing to a start-up biotech manufacturing process. Jian's engineering expertise was further developed during tenure as a Senior Engineer at B. Braun Group. Educationally, Jian holds an MBA in General Management from Multimedia University, along with degrees in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University and Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, respectively, and an Associate of Science in Physical Sciences from Chung Ling High School.
