Leo Bartle is an experienced executive with a strong background in the technology and telecommunications sectors. As the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Devyce since January 2020, Leo has been instrumental in developing a B2B SaaS hybrid phone system aimed at enhancing communication for businesses by eliminating the need for traditional work mobiles. Leo also serves as the Executive Chairman and CEO of Stour Marine, a UK Mobile Network Operator licensed by Ofcom, since August 2012. Prior to these roles, Leo gained valuable experience as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from February 2007 to January 2009.
