Zoran Usancevic is a seasoned professional in service delivery, customer success, and digital strategy, currently serving as VP of Service Delivery & Customer Success, as well as Head of Digital Experience & Strategy and Head of UX at Devtech since June 2022. Prior experience includes co-founding and leading UX efforts at Saturized - The Interactive Agency from April 2006 to February 2023, and serving as Project Manager at Netlinkblue from April 2005 to August 2006. Zoran also has a background in web design, having worked at Fusion Multimedia Studio and as a freelancer, and holds an education from the University of Belgrade.
