Kelsey Hennessey is a seasoned educator and founder of Pre-K for Adults, where innovative workspaces are created to foster connection, creativity, and empowerment through play. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Kelsey has a strong focus on developing community and culture to enhance team engagement and productivity. As a People Operations Partner at Devoted Studios, Kelsey has successfully designed and facilitated initiatives that promote community in virtual settings and improved onboarding systems for enhanced training experiences. Kelsey's previous role as a Pre-K Teacher at Saint Paul Public Schools involved implementing developmentally appropriate curricula and building strong relationships with families while leading an instructional team. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Metro State University.
