Raj Sandou MSN, CCM, CPHQ, CPHIMS, CPPS is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Transformation & Innovation in the Care Management Department at Southwestern Health Resources since April 2020. Raj has extensive experience in care management, having held roles such as Program Manager and RN Care Manager at Western Governors University and Saint Alphonsus, respectively. Prior positions include Health Facility Surveyor/Senior Registered Nurse for the State of Idaho and RN Charge Nurse at Terry Reilly Health Services. Raj holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and a Master’s in Nursing Informatics from Western Governors University, along with degrees in Renewable Natural Resources, Agricultural Physics, and Agricultural Sciences from various institutions.
