Jacqueline Winter is an experienced healthcare operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations for Care on Demand at Devoted Health, where the focus is on enhancing the health and well-being of older Americans. Prior to this role, Jacqueline worked at Cityblock Health as the Director of Strategic & Clinical Operations for Mobile Integrated Care, dedicated to improving healthcare for underserved communities. Additionally, Jacqueline held various leadership positions at Quartet Health, including Senior Manager of Strategic Operations and Director of Provider Expansion & Implementation. Early career experiences include roles at Wayfair, the Office of Governor Deval Patrick, and Horizons for Homeless Children. Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Government and Spanish from Hamilton College.
