Gautam Bhatt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile coaching and project management. Currently serving as Managing Director at DevOn since June 2019, Gautam leads a large team of experts in delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile and DevOps methodologies. Prior to this role, Gautam held positions at Aurigo Software Technologies as Agile Coach & Senior Manager in Professional Services, at Dell as Agile & DevOps Coach, and at Oracle and Thomson Reuters in project management capacities. Gautam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bangalore University, completed in 1999. Throughout the career, Gautam has demonstrated expertise in leading complex projects, coaching teams to adopt Agile practices, and improving organizational efficiency.
