Rebecca E. Stevens, MBA, CPP, has been a Payroll Manager at Devon Energy since January 2012, leading a payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations while maintaining compliance with regulations. Previous roles at Devon Energy include Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Analyst, and Lead Compensation Analyst, where significant achievements involved guiding HR partners in compensation matters, conducting trainings, and implementing policies that refined workforce management. A key contributor to internal compensation structures, Rebecca also managed summer internship programs and facilitated the onboarding of over 150 interns. Rebecca holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and boasts extensive experience in payroll, compensation, and talent management.
