Joe Olson is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Facilities and Infrastructure Manager at Devon Energy since January 2021. Prior roles include Manager of Facilities Engineering and Planning at WPX Energy, Environmental Professional at Devon Energy, and Environmental Engineer at Wyoming Refining Company. Joe also held positions at WPX Energy as Development Manager and at Williams as Facilities Engineering Team Lead. Earlier in their career, Joe worked at Marathon Oil Corporation in various capacities, including Project Manager, Production Engineer, and Hydrology Manager. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Wyoming, completing studies from 1986 to 1994.
