Stephen Hodge is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and sales management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Devon County Council since March 2021, Hodge has previously held management roles at Sitel and RCI Financial Services, where responsibilities included Head of Sales Operations and National Fleet Sales Manager, among others. Hodge's career began at Barclays, progressing through various roles including Mortgage Specialist and Investment Specialist, and included extensive experience at Lloyds UDT as an Account Manager. Hodge has built a robust skill set over several decades in the financial and operational sectors, following an educational foundation at Saltash School.
