Kellie Sheppard currently serves as the People Officer at Devon Air Ambulance, where responsibilities include providing HR support to managers and staff and managing HR processes throughout the employee life cycle. Prior to this role, Kellie held various positions at Newcross Healthcare Solutions, including Recruitment Coordinator and HR Administrator, offering comprehensive administration support and overseeing the employee onboarding process. Kellie began the HR career as an HR Recruitment Apprentice, contributing to recruitment activities and candidate sourcing. Kellie's earlier experience includes roles in retail and hospitality at Beverley Holidays and Next Ltd. Kellie holds multiple CIPD qualifications earned between 2018 and 2022, as well as a prior education at South Devon College.
