Hamish Penny began their work experience in 2012 at Vocus, where they started in the Slingshot call centre and quickly moved up to the connect team and then the provisioning team. Hamish eventually became the sole wholesale provisioning coordinator. In 2019, they joined Devoli as a Customer Success Specialist and later took on the role of Account Manager in September 2021. At Devoli, they have been proud of the software and processes developed to support customers and is excited for future growth opportunities.
