Vasylyna Shevchuk is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy development, team management, and process improvement. Currently serving as Human Resources Lead at Devlight, Vasylyna focuses on enhancing key HR processes and establishing recruitment flows. Previously, as a Human Resources People Partner at Yellow, Vasylyna successfully implemented HRIS, developed onboarding processes, and improved employee engagement. At Clario Tech, Vasylyna managed onboarding and training programs while administering HRIS, contributing to the growth of over 150 employees. Vasylyna's career began in compliance and customer service roles at Kromtech and LifeStyle language school, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in HR, compliance, and operations.
