María Florencia Gschwind is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management with a focus on the IT sector. Currently serving as People Manager at Devlane since May 2021, María previously held roles at Intraway from June 2014 to May 2021, including IT People Business Partner, Learning and Development Specialist, and IT Talent Acquisition Specialist. In these positions, María collaborated with diverse teams across multiple countries, fostering HR initiatives and enhancing recruitment strategies.
