Michael Wallace has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Kitchen Lead and previously as Line Cook at Devils Backbone Brewing Company since November 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Bold Rock Hard Cider as a Cook from July 2018 to October 2021, and held positions at The Water Dog as Utilities/Cook in March 2018 to August 2018, and at Wintergreen Resort as Line Cook from March 2014 to August 2018. Additional experience includes a Cook position at Sweet Briar College from June 2016 to March 2017. Michael holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Central Virginia Community College, earned between 2007 and 2012.
