Florin B.'s work experience begins in 2010 as a Financial Analyst intern at SSIF Broker SA. In 2012, they served as a Trade Policy Analyst intern at the Department of Foreign Trade. That same year, they also worked as an ERP Consultant at Aramis Invest, an IKEA Supplier. In 2014, Florin B. became a Business Systems Support Technician at Dewhurst UK. They then transitioned to Datto, Inc. in 2017, starting as an Implementation Manager and later becoming a Senior Implementation Manager. Finally, Florin B. is currently working at Device42 as a Senior Customer Success Engineer.

Florin B. has a diverse education history, obtaining multiple degrees and certifications.

In 2007, they began their studies at the "Babes-Bolyai" University, Cluj Napoca. Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, majoring in Management with English as the teaching language. In 2010, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics with a major in Management from the same institution.

During the same period, from 2007-2010, Florin also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance from the "Babes-Bolyai" University, Cluj Napoca. Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, with English as the teaching language.

In 2010, Florin continued their education at the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics, specializing in Financial Risk Management. This degree program lasted from 2010-2012.

Florin also spent some time abroad as an ERASMUS student at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2009, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics.

In terms of additional certifications, Florin obtained the PRINCE2® Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2016. In June 2012, they received the Certified Business Appraiser certification from the National Union of Licensed Appraisers from Romania (UNEAR). Furthermore, in August 2010, Florin obtained a Human Resource Inspector certification from CNFPA/Ministry of Labour & Ministry of Education. Florin also holds an ECDL Standard Certificate with 7 modules from The European Computer Driving Licence Foundation Limited, acquired in April 2007. Lastly, in March 2006, Florin obtained the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certificate from Cambridge English Language Assessment, which is part of the University of Cambridge.
