Martin Kunc is currently the Managing Director at DEVELOR, where he leads projects focused on redefining Customer Experience and driving Operational Excellence. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director at Etisalat, overseeing CX transformation projects. He also has a background in founding and leading DEVELOR branches in Slovakia and Czech Republic, as well as experience in Customer Marketing and Sales at Procter & Gamble. Martin holds a degree in Economics from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
