Sarah Croll's work experience begins in 2006 with SThree, where they started as a Business Co-ordinator and worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Customer Support Analyst at the same company. Then, from 2013 to 2014, they held the position of Sales Application Business Analyst before transitioning to a PMO Analyst role from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, Sarah joined the Development Bank of Wales as a Strategy Executive Projects, where they currently work.

Sarah Croll has a diverse education history. Sarah attended Ysgol Dewi Sant from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study.

Later, from 1999 to 2003, Sarah pursued their higher education at Hartpury College (UWE). Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Equine Science with honors. Their area of focus was Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management.

Finally, in 2014, they achieved a P3O Foundation and Practitioner certification.
