Ravindra Thakur has extensive experience in process management and software development, currently serving as a Senior Process Manager at Cyber Infrastructure (CIS) since October 2008. Throughout this tenure, Ravindra has taken on roles including Associate Process Manager and Team Lead, effectively managing a team of over 40 members across more than 70 projects. Prior to CIS, Ravindra worked as a Software Engineer at AAshmam IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd from June 2007 to September 2008, focusing on customer relationship management applications, eCommerce solutions, and server configuration. Ravindra holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
